Where are you based?
We are based in our 16,500 square foot office and warehouse in Kilcoole, Co.Wicklow.

Do you deliver countrywide?
We deliver countrywide, all 32 counties, to both our commercial and home gym customers 5 days a week.
What is the cost of delivery?
Free delivery once you spend €400 on any product with us.
This includes both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
So this all depends on what you order, the size of the order and if that product is in stock.
If an item is in stock we will deliver in 3 to 5 working days. When it comes to items and products that are not in stock, delivery time will be noted on the product page itself.
We are looking for customised equipment. Can you cater for this?
We are delighted to announce that one of our latest offerings is customised equipment that is built in-house by the Fittr team. These products include for example, quarter racks and half racks.

With us you can create and design your commercial facility or home gym the exact way you want.
Do you offer servicing?
We are delighted to say that we offer servicing for both our commercial and home gym customers. The level of service will depend on the products and warranty you get on purchase.
Did you know we have 3 full-time service engineers who are on standby to call out and service any machine you purchase off us? The engineers are qualified, professional and have over 15 years experience working in the industry between them.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer warranty on the majority of our products in both the commercial and home gym side of our business.
A minimum of 2 years parts and labour is given, however some products like Life Fitness offer 7 years parts. Please see individual products for details. Our warranty is completed in your home or gym - you do not need to send the item back to us.

Do you offer finance options?
We offer both home and commercial finance. Our home finance package is offered by Humm (flexifi). Please see HERE for more details.

Who do you work with?
When it comes to the key accounts in the Irish fitness industry we are proud to say we are market leaders. We have partnerships with FlyeFit, Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon County Council, Ben Dunne, Dennehys and many more.
We also have exclusive rights to distribute fitness equipment from some of the biggest fitness brands such as Life Fitness and Hammer Strength in the Irish market.
Do you sell second hand equipment?
We do indeed sell second hand equipment. We have a dedicated page for these products here.
One tip we have is to get in touch with our team and ask if we have any additional products available. We might have more products and ranges that are not listed on the website that have suddenly become available.
I want to change or cancel my order. How do I do this?
This is no problem at all. Please contact our Customer Services team for help with this on +353 1 531 0190 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How long is your returns policy?
In order to opt for a refund, you can raise that with the Fittr support team or email us at hello@fittr.ie within 30 days of your purchase. We will be happy to refund the amount with minor processing fees as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
How long do refunds take?
Once the product has been returned to us and has been accepted we will then process the refund right away.
Refunds usually take between 3 and 5 business days to land back with you.
We work with Stripe on our payments so are also bound by their terms and conditions.
I haven't received a confirmation email or my tracking number, where is it?
Sometimes out of our control emails that we send out to our customers will go into Spam or Junk folders. Once you place your order with us, we would ask that you check both your Spam or Junk Mail folders for updates.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the team at Fittr.
Sometimes we rely on 3rd party couriers that do not unfortunately offer a tracking system. However, over 70% of our deliverers are done in house by our team and tracking is guaranteed with them.
If you could allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about tracking. From this point we will be more than happy to update you on your purchase.
